Citrus Reaper (CR):
A sweet citrus flavor at the start that finishes with perfect amount of heat from the Reaper. Blend of vinegar, garlic, honey, and fresh squeezed citrus juice. This sauce brings the heat!
Original (OG):
Our original hot pepper mash with most of its heat from the Carolina Reaper. Vinegar based sauce with a touch of brown sugar. Great on oysters, tacos, and in barbecue sauces, but the possibilities are endless.
